There is a lot of conflicting information in the market place in regard
to new Building Regulations, here are a few facts:

Products manufactured with Rehau and Spectus' 70mm profile's
meet the requirements of Document 'L' when used with either a soft or
hard coated low emissivity glass, combined with a minimum 16mm cavity.
Advantage manufacture to this specification as standard.

Your best assurance is to use a FENSA registered installer, who will
be regularly inspected to ensure they comply with all regulations.
A FENSA member automatically reports all installations to Planning
Control, who in turn will issue the householder with documentation
to verify the installation meets the requirements of Building Regulations.

A FENSA member will also offer you an Insurance Backed Guarantee,
to give you additional peace of mind.
