training programme ensures that we maintain the level of skills
required and that we provide ongoing development & opportunities.

The training covers the technical skills of the role, as well as an understanding of our policies and procedures. Our management
teams are dedicated to supporting our training programmes.

We offer on-going training programmes in various departments
of our business; for example, we have provided many employees
with the option to take NVQ - (National Vocational Qualifications),
work-related, competence-based qualifications and the opportunity
to complete I.T training.
